Laura Mohn grew up in a small town and has a BA in fine arts from Shippensburg University. Straight from college, Laura pursued an apprenticeship in 2016, and began really tattooing in 2017. Beginning at an appointment only studio, Laura moved to Pittsburgh in 2019 to expand her work and clientele at Carson Street’s own Ice 9 tattoo studio. As she expanded her portfolio and experience doing flash events and walk-ins, Laura became an extremely experienced and well-rounded artist who loves doing everything from black and grey realism to neotraditional and illustrative work, and loves both smaller and larger-scale work.
